Josh Spalding is the Managing Director and Principal Consultant at Confluence Environmental, with over eight years of experience in environment, occupational hygiene and WHS consulting. His areas of expertise include asbestos and hazardous materials, occupational hygiene, contaminated land management, and safety systems development.

Josh has worked across a wide range of sectors — including construction, demolition, infrastructure, and government — providing clear, practical advice to help clients meet compliance and manage risk. He founded Confluence to offer a more responsive, honest, and solutions-focused approach to consulting.
