Where contamination risk is identified, further investigation through a Detailed Site Investigation (DSI) may be required to determine the presence, extent, and significance of contamination.

Where contamination is confirmed, we prepare a Remediation Action Plan (RAP) outlining practical, cost-effective strategies to manage or remove contamination. Our remediation services address a range of contamination types including asbestos in soil, hydrocarbon contamination, heavy metals, PFAS, and waste-derived fill material.
